Why haven’t I had any strikes?
There can be several reasons why you haven't seen any strikes register on your app. Often this can be for a combination reasons:
- You might not have rodents in the area. Rodent numbers will vary seasonally and as a result of good trapping. If you have caught several rodents previously you might have emptied your immediate area. Great work!
- Your trap could be out of gas. Checking the gas levels regularly is important, it allows you to make sure your trap is ready to go. The CO2 levels showed in your app are a guide only and not a true measurement. To check the gas, follow these test fire instructions.
- You haven’t been within range of your trap to collect the data. Here’s some information on how to get the data from your trap.

- Lack of experimentation. Try new food sources and new locations. Don't be afraid to mix it up, there is no 1 best strategy.
