Why hasn’t my kill count updated?
There can be a couple of reasons for this:
- Your trap hasn’t killed any pests recently. The first thing to check is that your trap still has gas and paste. Your Goodnature App will prompt you when these need replacing. Information on how much CO2 and paste is left is also displayed in your Traps tab.
- You haven’t been within range of your trap to collect the data. Here’s some information on how to get the data from your trap.
