My Goodnature Mouse Trap won't charge!

If you are finding that your Goodnature Mouse Trap (GMT) won’t charge, you should start by double checking the power supply.

• Try a different cord and different power point to see if either of those are the problem
• Try charging a different device on the Goodnature cable

If these tests are successful but you still aren’t seeing charging with the GMT, while plugging in the charger, try a factory reboot of the system. Press the button for around 9 seconds.
