My Goodnature Mouse Trap won't charge!

If you are finding that your Goodnature Mouse Trap (GMT) won’t charge the first thing to check is whether the charger is working correctly.

  • Plug the charger (USB-C) into a different device, such as a phone, to see if another device charges. If the device doesn’t charge, there is likely an issue with the charger.
  • Plug the charger into a different power point and see if the GMT charges. If it does, there is likely an issue with the power point. You can further test this by seeing if other devices work when plugged into the power point

If these tests are successful but you still aren’t seeing charging with the GMT, while plugging in the charger, hold down the button on the top of the trap which will reboot the system.
