I logged in and can’t see my traps
If you have logged into your account and are unable to see your traps, there are a few possible reasons for this.
- Were the traps deleted from the app? Traps can be manually deleted in the app at which point they will disappear from your account. If this has occurred, get in touch with us using the details below and we can restore them to your account
- Are you logged into the incorrect account? Smart Caps are associated with a single account so if you create a new account or log into a different one you won't be able to see them. Logging into your original account will allow you to see them.
- Are the traps associated with a Project on the Goodnature Dashboard? If so, you might not be a Contributor to the Group they are a part of. Contact the Admin of your Project to add you to the Group
