How do I delete my Trap from my account?

To delete your Smart Cap from your app you just need to follow the below steps:

  • Tap the 'Traps' tab at the bottom of the screen
  • Tap the three dots next to the trap you want to delete
  • Tap 'Delete Trap'

You will then be given a warning that deleting your trap will remove access to it and you will no longer be able to sync or activate the cap again. Please note that deleting your trap from the app won't allow the Smart Cap to be reactivated or resolve any connectivity issues.

If you have accidentally deleted your trap from your app, just get in touch and let us know the email address you are logged in with (you can find this on the Settings page in the app) and we can restore it to your account!
