How do I make a warranty claim

Please read this helpful troubleshooting guide before making a warranty claim: Understanding if the trap might be faulty

Faulty products can be returned for credit or exchanged providing the product was purchased within two years of the claim. All warranty claims must have a dated proof of purchase to verify the date and place of purchase. Only the original owner is covered by this warranty. 

If you wish to make a warranty claim, please contact hello@goodnature.co.nz with the following information (where available): 

  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase including date 
  • A short description of the fault
  • One or two digital images if applicable
  • Your contact details

We will have a look at the information you have provided as soon as possible and you will receive an email or phone call from us with information on how to proceed.
