Why is my counter showing strikes when it's just come out of the box?

Your counter might show a number greater than 0 when you look at it for the first time. It has only been moving around while in the box, so it’s registering strikes from the bumps it has felt on its journey to you.

Resetting the count to zero is simple. Hold the button on the counter until the lights flash and it returns to zero.
