Why is my counter showing kills when it's just come out of the box?

Your counter has simply been moving around while in the box, so it’s registering ‘kills’. That might be when it was shipped to you, or even in a store. It’s no problem. 

Now, you simply need to reset the counter so you can start from zero. Just hold the button on the counter until the lights flash and it returns to zero.
